These terms govern your use of PDF Document Translator, including the website, the Microsoft Office add-in and the Google Workspace add-on (together, the "Service"), provided by Innova Apps. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service translates documents you supply into a target language you choose, preserving the original layout as closely as possible. Machine translation is not perfect: output may contain errors and should be reviewed by a person before it is relied on for anything important, including legal, medical, financial or safety related material.
Some features require an account, which you may create directly or through a Google or Microsoft sign-in. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.
Translation is charged in page credits: one credit per page, per target language. New accounts receive a small number of free credits. Additional credits may be purchased through our third-party payment provider; we do not receive or store your full payment card details. Credits are tied to your account, are not transferable, and have no cash value. Prices may change, but changes do not affect credits you have already purchased. For billing questions, including refund requests, contact support@pdftranslator.dk.
You keep all rights to the documents you submit. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process those documents in order to produce your translation. Documents are not retained after translation and are not used to train models. You confirm that you have the right to submit each document and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law. See the privacy policy for how data is handled.

The Service relies on third parties, including cloud translation and storage providers, a payment provider, and the Microsoft and Google platforms where the add-ins run. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms.
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that translations will be error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, revenue or profit arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms as the Service develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new revision date, and continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
